Late Policy
WAXING & TINTING: Although we try to accommodate when we are able, late clients may have their appointments canceled 5 minutes past the beginning of the scheduled time and can be rescheduled online. Please understand we do keep a very full, back-to-back schedule and it is important to begin the appointment on time. 5 minutes of a 30 minute appointment is 17% of your appointment missed already.
LASHES & PERMANENT MAKEUP: Late clients may have their appointments canceled between 5 and 10 minutes past the beginning of the scheduled time, forfeit any deposit or booking fee, and can be rescheduled online. Please understand I do keep a very full, back-to-back schedule and it is important to begin the appointment on time.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes to your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time will forfeit the non-refundable booking fee/deposit, and a new booking fee will need to be paid when rescheduling your appointment online.
You may make changes to your appointment using the confirmation email or text message you received when booking. You can reach us by text at (903) 309-2757.
Studio Policy
No guests, children or pets are allowed due to cross-contamination, the nature of the service, and possible disruption to the artist during the procedure. Translators are exceptions. There is a waiting area outside where your guest(s) may wait at. Waxing/Tinting appointments are the only exception to this rule.
Please do not leave children unattended in our waiting area.
Please keep in mind Skin Studio is a very small, private brow studio. We try to keep traffic in our waiting area as minimal as possible.
